Well, I think that winter now feels virtually endless. I look outside and I see partially melted snow, bare trees and decaying plants from the last growing season. The decaying plants can stay until it gets consistently above 50 degrees F (10 degrees C). Decaying plants and snow serve as insulation for the ground and for the dormant insects beneath the surface. Nature is good, for sure. So, to deal with my being tired of winter, I took a bunch of recent pictures and tinted them blue so they would show off those wintertime blues that I feel. Anyway, this is (almost) Wordless Wednesday, so, without further ado, here are a few blue photographs.
