Here are pictures of some of the flying things that I’ve seen recently on my adventures. It’s been fun for me to photograph these flying things and to share them with you.

It’s a bird, it’s a plane… no, it’s super blimp!!! That was really something to watch. I don’t know if I’ve ever in the past seen a blimp flying directly overhead. So that was a real photo op.
According to WKBW news (channel seven in Buffalo), the blimp was entertaining people to celebrate Employee Appreciation Day at the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company facility in Niagara Falls. The timing seemed interesting and odd because there’s been a lot of publicity about this company allegedly emitting a carcinogen into the air. And cancer is evil. I lost my precious dad to cancer and so many people I know are incredible cancer survivors.

This helicopter belongs to the Erie County Sheriff’s Department. It was landed in the middle of Whitehaven Road between Baseline Road and Grand Island Boulevard to celebrate National Night Out.

Isn’t this so cool? It was fun to photograph, as well as to watch. The helicopter landed right in the center of the road. That caused me to go from journallist to fan girl instantly. It provided a great show, and what could be better than that?

Within a few minutes, there was a long line of people waiting to get a tour of the helicopter!

How about a some great big flying whales to celebrate Presque Isle State Park in Pennsylvania?

Critters flying high!!!!!

Even more critters, including a few very big seahorses!
I hope that you’ve enjoyed the flying things! Have fun and remember to look up! You never know what you might see up there!
