Wooden creations at the Erie County Fair

Today, I went with two friends to the opening day of the Erie County Fair. The entry fee was a donation of four cans of food. All food was going to Feedmore of Western New York. When we arrived and donated our cans, we saw that the bins were overflowing with cans, which meant that more people would have something to eat in the near future. We really enjoyed the wood carving display.

  1. Those carvings were cool, Alice! I was particularly impressed with the man, who seemed so lifelike. Sounds like a fun day. But it’s great that it also will lead to being helped.

    1. Thank you so much. I really loved those carvings. The things that people can do with wood is astonishing. They are such great artists. I was so happy that I got to see these beautiful creations.
